Stand up is a start-up created in November 2018 on a collaborative economy model and based on health improvement.
Implementation:
From June to August 2018 a Business and Financial plan was created to present to investors.
Result:
Stand up has surpassed its initial forecast and is backed by adequate investors.

Business Diagnostic:
Bouygues Nigeria Limited is a branch of Bouygues Construction, a leader in the construction sector. The plant department (120 people) is a cost center renting its equipment to the projects and delivering service upon request to the project.

Working with an obsolete IT system and unqualified team, we made a complete diagnosis of all the dysfunctions with the CFO to improve Team organization, system administration and inadequate process. 
Implementation:
Implementation of a new software, redesigned the reporting spreadsheets, and named a new financial controller along with a new task allocation for the whole finance and administrative team.
Result:
The reporting schedule was consistently delivered at m+10 and inventory figures became accurate according to physical stock.

Business Diagnostic:
Quantum AG is an IT company, subsidiary of Quantum, based in San Jose, CA, USA and specialized in Storage solutions. Quantum set its EMEA headquarters in Zurich in the form of a 60 employee Shared Service Center in 2005.
Implementation:
We define activities to be transferred and defined the new workflows with the new team in Zurich. All accounting activities (AP, AR, GL) were transferred from the UK, Germany and France office to the new SSC in Zurich. The EMEA region was then set up as a commissionaire structure.
Result:
Complete reconciliation of the balance sheets (SOX), Month-end reporting cut down to m+5 and supporting exel spreadsheets were then aligned across Europe. EU VAT Compliance across EMEA Region.

Type of Project: Business Transformation
Length of Project: 10 Months
Business Diagnostic:
DANA AG, subsidiary of DANA, based in the USA, with EMEA office based in the Zurich area,was experiencing a number of growing issues and litigation in the France region. After being on chapter 11 and selling unprofitable activities in France, increasing litigation started to emerge, former employees litigation, Tax litigation, Environment litigation, and unapproved
fiscal accounts by auditors which blocked the whole consolidation of the group accounts.
Implementation:
Assessment in details of every risk, tasks to prioritized, clearing the minor short-term issues,defining a road mad with time schedule
Implementation of a month-end process analysis to ensure no key tasks would be lost team coordination and management, with lawyers and former directors in order to clear litigation and resolve unreconciled exceptional profit and losses following the sale of various branches
Result:
All Audit pending points for statutory accounts and also Tax audit were cleared.
The remaining accounting activities transferred to the Shared Service Center on SAP.
Tax litigation solved with a refund of 90 k Euro from the Tax department
Redundant staff contract terminated without further litigations.
